Galvanized coating is against corrosion to bolts and nuts with electroliyzing. This process is done with hot-dip galvanized coating in 460°C with zinc. This process is useful for life of materials and cutting air circulation to against corrosion. Corrosion is damaged materials so increase for strength metarials to do galvanized coating. Galvanize is more reactive than steel so first of all galvanized coating is related with corrosion, protect the steel which is in substrate. After the material is coated galvanize, measurement coating thickness with thickness gauge and tested nondestructive testing with precision gauge. Cr+3 passivation is formulated to produce high corrosion resistance materials. Passiviation is not include Cr+6 and it is helped for too long life in materials. Due to covarege Cr+3, it is protected to corrosion performance in high temperature than Cr+6 passiviation. Galvanized coating is implating neutral or cyanide zinc coating  hanger and cabinet. Because of corrosion resistance is give more permanent and strong tinction.
