Phospate coating is generally coating with iron or steel plate which is in reaction thresold with phosphoric acid and base metal in phospates dilute solution. Phospate coating is also include insoluble secondary and tertiary phospate crystals. This coating creates metallic bonding surface , more surface area,to protect corrosion and to provide metalic adhesion with powder coat. It is coating 10 minutes in phospate drug with 70°C. Phospating is to provide more durable metalic life.
